Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your equestrian gear. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All Body Protectors (adult and children’s)
  • All Riding Hats/Helmets
  • All types of Socks
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Customized products

Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • List of items to return/exchange (product name, size, color, quantity)
  • Reason for return
  • For exchanges: desired replacement details

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with return authorization and instructions if approved.

Important: Use a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving your return

Damaged or Defective Items
